  • 2014年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué),獲化學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位; 2019年畢業(yè)于加拿大阿爾伯塔大學(xué),獲化學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2019年9月起先后在美國麻省理工學(xué)院和日本東京大學(xué)從事博士后研究; 擬于2025年10月起任中科院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心(生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所)研究員,研究組長,博士生導(dǎo)師。

  • 熒光成像技術(shù)和熒光探針的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
    研究工作:
  • 細(xì)胞中的分子相互作用,形成信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)以調(diào)節(jié)生物過程。在細(xì)胞中實時地、原位地觀測這些分子信號的變化以及分析它們與細(xì)胞功能的聯(lián)系有助于我們了解生命的運行原理、揭示疾病的發(fā)生機(jī)理。

    我們實驗室致力于開發(fā)新型熒光成像工具和熒光成像技術(shù),以蛋白質(zhì)工程和活體熒光成像為基礎(chǔ),從時間和空間尺度上探索復(fù)雜生物系統(tǒng)(比如動物大腦)中細(xì)胞內(nèi)以及細(xì)胞間的分子信號傳遞,以及這些分子信號在正常和疾病狀態(tài)下的動態(tài)差異。

    當(dāng)前主要研究項目包括:

    1. 近紅外熒光蛋白以及近紅外熒光分子探針的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
