  •   2007年畢業(yè)于中國藥科大學生命科學與技術學院,獲理學學士學位。2014年畢業(yè)于中科院上海生命科學研究院健康科學研究所(現(xiàn)上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所),獲理學博士學位。2016至2021年于美國哈佛醫(yī)學院免疫學系從事博士后研究。2021年6月起任中科院分子細胞科學卓越創(chuàng)新中心(生物化學與細胞生物學研究所)研究員,研究組長,博士生導師。

  •   機體的黏膜表面存在大量與宿主免疫系統(tǒng)相互作用的共生微生物。這些微生物包括細菌,真菌,病毒以及少量原生生物,其基因組合集被稱為微生物組。作為人體的“第二基因組”,其所編碼的代謝通路可將來源于機體和食物的天然產物轉化為包括萜類,脂類,寡糖,氨基酸以及脂肪酸衍生物在內的多種小分子代謝產物。此外,人體微生物組的代謝通路亦可對異生化合物如藥物分子進行多種修飾。近年來,雖然高通量測序技術的發(fā)展使得鑒定或預測大量微生物來源的小分子及其生物合成相關基因成為可能,但我們仍不清楚這些小分子代謝產物所介導的信號網絡調控宿主黏膜免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)育與功能,進而影響機體生理與病理的內在機理。由此,本實驗室的研究重點在于系統(tǒng)闡明各類微生物來源的小分子代謝產物調控宿主黏膜免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)以及疾病易感性的分子機理。依據前期的分子機理研究,我們亦致力于開發(fā)基于共生微生物基因組編輯技術的新型診斷與治療途徑。

      我們將利用無菌小鼠模型和小鼠遺傳修飾或疾病模型,并結合免疫學,微生物學(特別是細菌遺傳學),分子生物學,基因組學,轉錄組學以及代謝組學等多學科技術手段開展以下三個方向的科學研究:

      1. 黏膜免疫細胞發(fā)育,成熟的分子機理及其功能;

      2. 共生微生物對于黏膜免疫細胞調控的分子機理;

      3. 新型共生微生物基因組編輯工具的開發(fā)與應用。
