  •   2013年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院,獲博士學(xué)位;

      2013年底在美國Stowers/HHMI研究所從事博士后研究。

      2019年10月回國就任中國科學(xué)院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所研究員,研究組長。

    再生是大自然最為神奇的現(xiàn)象之一,使得生物體能夠修復(fù)和替代受損的組織。這一非凡的能力在動物界不同物種和不同器官廣泛存在,但支配器官再生的細(xì)胞與分子機(jī)制仍然鮮為人知。我們的研究旨在揭示這些基礎(chǔ)機(jī)制,探索驅(qū)動組織修復(fù)與再生的動態(tài)過程。

    我們團(tuán)隊(duì)的研究工作以創(chuàng)新的模型系統(tǒng)為核心,力圖提供前所未有的視角,深入解析影響再生潛力的遺傳與環(huán)境因素。通過運(yùn)用最前沿的技術(shù),如功能基因組學(xué)、空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)、單細(xì)胞RNA測序和高分辨率成像,我們正在解析跨物種的再生生物學(xué)細(xì)胞及分子機(jī)制。這種跨學(xué)科的研究方法使我們能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)不同物種中再生的核心原理。

    我們特別關(guān)注具有強(qiáng)大再生潛力的系統(tǒng)(如淡水渦蟲)與再生能力有限的系統(tǒng)(如心臟)的比較研究,從而全面理解再生過程。這些研究不僅探索了不同物種如何利用獨(dú)特的再生能力,也致力于將這些發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化為改善人類再生療法的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。

    我們最終的目標(biāo)是利用再生的力量,推動新的治療方法,用于對抗退行性疾病、促進(jìn)組織修復(fù),并延長人類的壽命。通過深入理解生物體如何實(shí)現(xiàn)再生,我們旨在革新再生醫(yī)學(xué),并為癌癥相關(guān)的組織損傷提供變革性的解決方案,同時(shí)開辟人類健康的突破性新途徑。
